Run to the Hills back in the days when it was near Matlock was a great show, but to many shows on the same weekend killed it off unfortunately.
Ere Fugly...shall we tell em about that show where it's in the grounds of a stately home, with live music, vintage cars, old war vehicles, hovercraft rides, and a wide variety of stalls and eateries...that's so posh the toilets have piped classical music, and if you go in a VW camper it's FREE for the weekend....... Or shall we keep it below the radar....
The organisers have openly admitted (whether true or not) that ticket prices will rise as time goes on.
Looks about the same as Hosefest in the vale of Belvoir until the organiser did one last year, Love these little village shows
I think we went to Hosefest last year....blooody awful real ale for sale, but otherwise a fun little show....has it finished now then?
Was it on the Village hall field with bands on when you went, this year it was'nt and no bands, think the organiser had a fall out with a few locals and spat his dummy out, maybe next year thou, good little set up if it's back on
Oh yes had forgotten about that one!! Husband Bosworth, secret is out now. Just need to keep the T4 count down or match it with Bays and T25's
Yes was a few bands on and the local pony club jumping over a few fences. Nice atmosphere and would do it again...But poor beer
What is a "show" anyway? Hey, i've an idea.............lets all do our own show. Lets all book up somewhere like sandy balls at the same time. It'll be a hoot. (Been done before I know)
thats why i love dubdayz at mfn mark , similar price to rtth's was, (and he's just released next years date, 8-9-10 july so you can't miss it next year @MorkC68 )
Spring camp. Summer camp. Keith's field. Techenders. Autumn camp. Winter camp and any other camp anyone wants. Like you say who needs shows
