Sorry to post more insurance type questions but.......... Been looking at a laid up policy - after all should the inevitable happens we would like to be in a position to go part way to replacing our bay. Have put a value of 5k, on driveway not garaged and been quoted £103 with zero excess should we need to claim. Anybody had any experience with a laid up / SORN policy before and is this a reasonable price? The area is outskirts of Peterborough so not loaded for being in or around London Cheers all Tony
Surely a classic policy with limited miles would be that sort of price? Mines £116 or something like that with Carol nash, 10k value, on drive. Town location. ☺
Might not be too bad - just hope they don't want proof of it running!! Tried CN for a laid up policy and they wouldn't entertain it as it's not in a brick built garage!
