Dunkertons is new to me. I don't think that the coarse texture would be a problem but the idea of it being so young could cause headaches as can be usually associated from recent vendage.
its online looks a ruby red and tastes a bit sweet like doombar.. got a few speckled hens to keep it company
Just tried my homebrew cider. Not sure how strong it is but i feel a bit light headed after a pint of it.
Look great, but I'd filter it through a sieve or coffee filter bags, before drinking it as too much yeast in it now which hasn't settled, it's still fermenting and this mixes well in your gut with undigestible material like sprouts.
Surprisingly no... There is a float that holds the end of the pipe at the top taking the clear beer, away from any sediment.. I have kept a keg for 3 months before, And a mate had one that was still Ok after 8 months..
It's under pressure co2 from the secondary fermentation, Then from a co2 capsule http://www.brewstore.co.uk/king-keg-top-tap-with-pin-valve
