    It maybe on runners you can adjust using a long screwdriver never use WD40 its rubbish
    Silicone spray or wood slide.

    The silicone just disappeared. At least the wd40 has been absorbed into the wood. I think the adjustment is at the top - hidden by an rsj :rolleyes:
