  1. Did'nt get much time today  but got a bit more done on the throttle bar [IMG][IMG] not good photos [IMG]
just need to make the end caps for bolting to the floor

  2. Got finished with this part to day as far as i can go till the floor goes in and check ito_O,[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG] then finish it and paint it but near a nuf for now.

  3. Tidy work as ever! Did you find out the name of that red undercoat you use, it sounds like really good stuff.

  4. That looks really great, your fabrication is really very good. (I think that's an understatement)

Hi moomin i get it from this chap of ebay his stuff is brillant, he selles loads of diffarent coatings, some real good paint;)

  6. Thanks for that, I'll get myself a big tub - bits always seem to stay in primer longer than I intend! The zinc content should limit the damage.:)
Keep up the good work, I'm keenly anticipating the repair to the roof corner - it will make mine seem less daunting when you make it look easy!

  7. Started in engine bay need to replace the ends of the chassie rails [IMG][IMG]
First i made the right side rail first [IMG][IMG][IMG]
I hope this helps someone else;) as the bought ones are crrrap cheaper to make your own and better [IMG][IMG][IMG]

[IMG]Will fit tomorrow then make new panel that goes on top that the seal fits to:rolleyes:

  10. Just caught up with this resto. When I saw the initial pictures I though "that's a hell of a project" but looking at your metal skills you're doing an awesome job!

  11. Thought i will make the bit that goes on top as thats to rotton to go back on :pNot finished yet,[IMG][IMG]
but doing a little bit after work each night ready for the weekend to fit :rolleyes:but weather depending.

  12. Loving this resto.....makes my small amount of rust look trivial! Keep up the good work. Do you have a target date for getting it finished?

  13. Hopefully a rolling shell by summer next year:rolleyes: then finish for summer 2015 when we will use it to tour europe.
    Thanks for watching and compliment.
