Discussion in 'Shows Events You've Missed unless you went' started by 72wilma, Aug 24, 2012.

  1. We are easy, looks a clean enough site.

However we will go with the majority

  2. :) whoo hoo... welcome aboard bekyip, BJM, jlo.

You don't have to commit yourselves right now, baybirmingham. We can leave it open and book an extra camping pitch just in case?

Don't need to be that near to Blackpool Congi and we have a few sites book marked that are much cheaper than the £24 one.

We haven't decided on the campsite yet as we needed rough numbers before we contacted them... didn't have any idea at all that so many of you lovely folks would be joining us camping :) :)

I'm thinking cheap...with toilets/showers, elecky hookups, hardstanding in case it's a bit muddy.
Will have a quick email of campsites now and check for availability, then let you all know...so watch this space me darlings ;)

  16. :) Ok campers we will be camping at this lovely little site during Wilma's birthday weekend

    http://www.littleorchardcaravanpark.co.uk/Touring_Caravans/Touring_Caravans.htm

The cost is £17.50 per night and includes hookup, 2 adults, dogs, kids.

If you want to use your large awning it's an extra £2 per night, or a small awning/toilet tent is an extra £1 a night.

Linda, the owner is happy for us to put up gazebos to sit under as long as we aren't too rowdy :) We will pay for the communal gazebos

Who will bring a gazebo then? we haven't got one!

What you need to do now

    1. Send a cheque for your £15 non-refundable deposit payable to Little Orchard Caravan Park. Add a note with the dates you are camping and mention you are with Wilma's 40th Birthday party.

(That's not us in the picture, obviously. And I boldly predict that it won't be nearly so warm and sunny at Wilma's party.)
