What vehicles on the other side of the fence?

... my neighbours have:
a Defender,
an MGC project,
a Volvo P1800 estate,
one restored Austin Healey 3000,
one Austin Healey project,
a Fiat Ixeo LWB motorhome,
a Ford Focus,
a Honda 250,
and a sit on mower ........
No wonder I've got to thinking it's ok to have three running vehicles and a project!

Retired from a milking parlour installation and servicing business ... and "handy" ... but yes indeed!
Local farming family with lots of land, but not full of themselves by any means. We're luck y to have them as neighbours

 

Amazing how much you can make with a sit on mower

 

hard to beat good neighbours i am lucky i have some good ones

 

Our shared drive is boring....looks like a 2nd hand Vauxhall car pitch.
Guy across road has a TVR which he revs up every Sunday morning!

3 x other mk 3 Cortina's ( 2 immac one being restored.
Poor retired policeman!!!!! and a really nice guy.

My neighbour has two Lotus Elans in bits in a barn-sized garage with a workshop next door that has everything. Lovely bloke who is part of the team in charge of RNLI lifeboats engineering nationwide. Trouble is he's so busy going up and down the country that he barely finds the time to work on them.

My neighbour has an old green Mini, a white Volvo saloon, a red MR2 MKII, some very old austin A10 looking thing, a brown Porsche 924, plus his ford Kuga and his wife's Fiesta. He's about 90, and in 4 years of living there he hasnt once touched any of them to my knowledge.

Funny how people will hoard things, I can understand having a "project" that never gets done, but to devote almost your entire garden to half a dozen of them does baffle me. I suspect he thinks they are "worth good money once done..."

 

Et voila.... makes it look more attractive on Google maps I guess....
