Aside from The Polish. What's stopped working for and on you? For me, it's just starting to get bad, eyes are fading, knees don't work, constant back pain, arthritis from all the breaks, does it start to get better at any point?
co-codamol. it used to make me all floaty, now it's boring. but same as you - glasses full time for any reading now, knees are killer, pain in forearms if i repeat lift things for a while, back from slouching. i belive the only time i feel better is drunk.
When you get to a certain age you need to live and celebrate today as tomorrow you may infact feel worse!!
Were we seperated at birth. Baggsy be the handsome, evil genius one. First pair of glasses on order and keep having acute attacks of " being sensible". Middle age sucks, roll on dementia and senility.
My idiot filter. I find myself getting wound up by and shouting at morons more than is socially acceptable. I think maybe it's blocked and needs puffing out.
used to run 10k a day - angina stopped me doing that - now the arthritis is setting in my hips - shoulder joints ache due to several years of archery - beginning to realise that sport isn't good for you. Should've told my son - he's just done a cruciate falling off his mountain bike going downhill at 30 mph.
Yes for lower back pain there is a women in Rugeley Staffs her name is Nicky Snazell an absolute miracle worker . my lower back was really bad ...thought i would never do my job again (landscaping and Tree felling ) 3 visits and i was sorted iam 57 and can still do the job no probs , and the work she did on me was 4 years ago . You can go for top ups if needed but i did not need to . I won't bother going into detail how she does it , if you go on to her website it's in her name, it is all explained . Loads of famous sports folk have used her even good old Bob Geldof i believe has used her . Even people travel from abroad to see her , and believe me, for what you get she is not over expensive . You can't get her on NHS so it's your own money but it's worth it and quik no waiting ages with the NHS, if your self employed thats a bonus .
Yes... Cut back on booze, sack it off if you can. Stop smoking if you do. Look at your wheat/dairy/sugar intake and its effect on arthritis. Get your doc to check you for immune system inflammation...where your bodies immune system is not shutting off properly. Take up yoga or tai chi....lots of YouTube clips on it so it's free. Get your body fat as far under 20% as you can, near 10% is amazing. Evaluate stress in your life, it's a hidden killer. A good saying is make time for good health now else you will definitely make time for ill health later.
