Just started this

Downloaded it to my Kindle months ago and just started it.

A bit of an eye opener !

 

Andy McDermott Empire of Gold, its book 7 in a series of fictional books about an archiologist and her ex SAS bodyguard who seem to get into all sorts scrapes saving the world from baddies who want to use ancient artifacts to take it over! I know it sounds a bit pants, but this entire series of books are worth a read if you like a bit of action meets time team.

 

I've been reading The History of Glue.

I couldn't put it down.

i'm reading prince caspian as i'm reading all the narnia books in order because i've always mean't to.


I've just read Black Diamonds: The rise and fall of a great english dynasty. for my book group it's an amazing book about the village of wentworth ( near us) really enjoyed it.
