On a training course so three square meals a day. yesterday evening was turkey meatballs (rather dry) lunch was apparently chicken with goats cheese, the menu didn't mention it was sat on a bed of something which smelt like my childhood - specifically pea soup! Tonight was beef and mushroom pie which was lovely. The delight of the week will no doubt be on Thursday with cabbage gateaux ?!? I hate to think
A slab of pate for staters followed by chips, peas and a Scottish rib eye steak rare. Pudding will be a pecan roulard thingy.
