What are you doing today

Just finished servicing my Civic, something satisfying about doing it yourself! Not to mention the savings on the garage charges. Had to get the brake fluid changed at the garage though as I have no clue! But got a good deal so not too bad. Been to the dump to get rid of the old oil and an old wardrobe. Babysitting the neice's tonight so that should be a laugh.

 

We faced the hordes in Milton Keynes but have returned with most of the new kit for school and a lot less cash £30 for a pair of school shoes ... EEK!

 

Went to the festival in Crystal Palace earlier and had a late breakfast in the Venezuelan cafe (first time and won't be the last!). Then came home and went back again in the car to drop my neighbour off as she was dressed up in a dog costume to promote her new business and I didn't want people chasing her if she had to walk there ;D


MH is now having a doze cos he was at work early this morning and then we are off to see Jimmy Carr in Croydon tonight, assuming the place doesn't get torched

 

Hope you aren't sitting too close to the front and Jimmy will rip the ******* out of you! He is very good but won't tolerate hecklers!

 

Yep already thought of that! We know better than to go for the front seats so we're in the balcony, admittedly still at the front but at least I can duck down there ;D

 

A garage owner we are friends with did it at a good price. Need to strip the rear calipers and clean as they are sticky.

i have been fiddling around with the van doing little bits and bobs and watched the brief worthing bird man competition which got called off due to the wind.

how mrs marowak has a house full of ladies here so i am going to escape and make some music

 

had a very productive evening teaching how to make candles, lip balm, body butter and laundry liquid. and giggling.

Off to the Rougham Airshow today. Been wanting to go for a couple of years but something always gets in the way!

 

cleaned up,washed and polished my camper.
And with the Gulf theme folie on, it now looks like Losen's service wagon

Well 1st popping the Joint in the oven for late Dinner, need to do some major Recycling ready for Tue, pick up day. Need to tackle some Nettles in the Gardan, so not looking forward to that, horrible things. Then i guess a clear up of the rust thats droppped off my friends Camper i am holding for them, hoping that it goes today so can get gardan ready for winter. LOADS to do.

Well............................... I got up to a disaster zone after my son got in at about 6am VERY pssd - ill leave the 'mess' i had to clean up to your imagination.

Next up is pack the car and get the boards on top for our jollies to Croyde ;D

 

Recovering from a hangover before I go collect the baby from my parents. Ow!
