Do they actually bring any good to anything? I understand the point of bees, pollinating stuff and making honey but wasps don't strike me as having any uses at all. This post may or may not be linked to the little sod who got me in my sleep last night.
What else are you going to wave your arms at in fear when trying to eat an icecream? If it wasn't for wasps you'd be swatting poor innocent bees

If wasps killed spiders then they might be useful but they don't so agreed, there is no point in wasps, apart from the bit that stings you!
life would be so straight forward eating your pud in the beer garden or drinking your cider , n eating icecream without them . What would you call your fav rugby team too.
Human beings can be useless and annoying .....we kill them and poison them even torture them ....our fellow creatures have not got a chance because i think we might be animals as well As for wasps not killing spiders , well i watched a wasp trapped in a spiders web once ....they eventually started to battle the wasp won stung the spider right in it's middle ....it clenched it's legs in and fell to the ground writhing in agony , the wasp broke free out of the web only too land on a juicy pear and proceeded to get *******ed .
