Get in behind the dash and squeeze the tabs to release them ....they need to be done from inside, but they are difficult to get to I suppose as you are replacing them you could break them off Don't forget to depressure you washer bottle!
There's a plastic pop.out tab either side but difficult to push in , if you've ordered New though it doesn't matter if you chew them up a bit getting them out, just wiggle and pull trying not to bend the metal hole edge!
Beware of repro washer jets when you come to refit. The plastic can be brittle and I snapped one of the tabs off.
Poke a pin in the jet, make sure the other end of the washer pipe is disconnected. Then place a rubber hose over the jet on the outside and blow hard in the other end or be creative with a foot pump. This may unblock the jets without removing them.
