VOLKSWAGEN TYPE 2 BAY WINDOW CAMPERVAN FOR SALE I have owned this van for the last 3 years and spent a lot of money on it (over £20,000). I am selling for personal reasons. The van has never let me down and is mechanically and electrically sound. It will come with a full year's MOT and is tax exempt! I have had all the work undertaken professionally by a VW specialist in Belmont, Bolton. I'm very sad to be selling but I do not have the time to use it and believe it would be better sold to be used! I have many photos of the van but it won't let me upload them as the files are too large! Below is a list of works I have had undertaken in the last 3 years: All body panels - I have had 2 new front wheel arches and one new rear arch - the other arch was fitted just before i bought the van. Complete re-spray in November 2013 Engine heating fixed (although it works just as well as it did when new which isn't brilliant!!!) New starter motor fitted along with 2 new bushes in Feb 2014 New battery in Nov 2013 New stub axle and inner wheel bearing for rear wheel, along with all other wheels checked out and all OK. NavSure Satellite Navigation system fitted 4 rear speakers installed Complete Interior in 2012 - this included 3/4 R'n'R bed, sink with 10L water bottle and electric pump, 2 hobs and grill, fridge, gas cylinder, lots of storage including under rear bench seat, overhead storage, headlining in breathable vinyl, leisure battery fitted with split charge, upholstery in red and black vinyl. Original wheels have been put back onto the van. I have spent a lot of time and money on the van but do not have time to use it due to my job. I will buy another later on in life but i believe i shouldn't hold onto it as it would be unfair on someone who would love to have one now! The van is ready for summer and needs absolutely no work doing on it. I also have a medium sized drive away awning which could be sold with the van and a cover for the van.
