  4. @dog , thank you for your compliments. Nice bead is the strongest and has got less possibilities to rust.

I am trying to do my best. I bit problem is that i've got a bit old welder and the wire can get stuck.

With @owensbrothers have made a deal :) my original front panel is on there way to Slovenia. I need to mention one hell of a driver Ales, who pick the panel up in uk for really silly money.

Now the real party can begin ;)

Now i am waiting new intercooler with silicon hoses, dual core radiator and oil cooler with remote oil filter mount =)
    April will be awesome.

Today i also recieved new LPG tanks, including multivalves

  11. Nice stuff! going to be a real nice motor and bus!

  12. Looking awesome. Where abouts are you mounting your rads and intercooler?

  13. As mentioned in this topic, the radiator and intercooler will be behind the engine. Oil cooler will be on the left side of the gearbox. from the right of the engine will be air scoop for fresh air in to radiators also from left and right scoops on d columns. Rear panel is also designed with big ventilation holes.... It must be ok =))

I'll be surprised if you can cool a turbo engine efficiently with the radiator and inter cooler mounted behind the engine unless you're putting in some serious scoops.
Can't see holes in the rear having any real effect?

  16. not yet =) i've got collage exams to do. The EJ20T is purchased, oil cooler also, still waiting for custom water cooler.

But in this time i manage to purchased Car-o-liner measuring system. That i can position chassis on the bench and then make everything perfect. ;)

  17. Only just seen these.. bbs - very cool. ora.nge..! v v cool. They look pretty wide though? 7"? what tyres are you going to run.

  18. Let's have an update. You're doing some vantastice work and you're almost there. Whats is happening with the van now a days?

  19. Thank you =) they're 8"

This project is not progressing yet because i have 4 engines to rebuild. Hope the project will move forward next month.

    Next things to do:
    - Front upper arms mounting points have to be moved lower, because when you lower the bay, the camber goes in +. It should go in -, that the tire won't rub.
    - Lower front arms on spherical bearings.
    - Front and rear shock absorbers from Protlum, coilovers all around.

And mounts for rad, intercooler, oilcooler.... etc.

  20. It's been a while... Meantime i bought my self a Impreza STI 06'. Boxer for life =)

The plans for this year are to finish the bodywork and take it to painters. I also bought a body measuring system for my lining bench. Not i can finally set everything up on the bench.

Here are a few pics of preped muffler for welding, lower sliding door guide and a new engine ej255t
