VW Expo @ Stonor Park - 2nd June 2013

On my way over. Unfortunately not in the bus :-(

 

Great show as always , fine weather and the bus ran great. What more can you ask.

 

Sadly didn't get there after turning back after bus misfiring badly and wouldn't idle. Never mind hope all the went enjoyed it?

 

Great show with great weather. Sadly couldn't get any pics, as phone had died.

 

Had a great day at Stonor. And in the end did go in the van which was great - was PeaSoups first proper trip out and so was by far the furthest I'd driven him. Am pleased to say he went really well and happily got us there and back

 

Was a great day out, lots to see and cracking weather! Have lots of photos to upload when I get a chance

 

Was indeed a day lovely out even with a very intermittent starter motor. Luckily the only time it worked all day I was parked on the flat, the rest of the time made sure I was parked on a slope..... which at Stonor was very easy! Some lovely bays, in fact all sorts of pretty damned interesting vehicles including this Saab.......

 

V4 ford transit 1.7 engine if memory serves me correctly ?

 

We saw your bus TheGazman - we commented how good the two-tone orange looked

 

Thank you very much, they are the original colours, and actually Panama Brown, yes really, and Dakota beige, L12a and L 13a, or as you and me know them, Cream and Orange ! Hope you had as good a day as I did, found a few missing links/parts so was well pleased.

Yes, had a good day - my 3 year old especially loved it as he is campervan crazy and so was like heaven to him! And I also found a couple of parts I was after
