Hi. I want to check the fuel sender, as all other bits seem good. Had a go at unscrewing it...gently tapping but it didn't budge. What should I use to unscrew it?
Mine was stuck tight So i poured a kettle of boiling water over it Then whilst wearing a welding glove unscrewed it. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
Later ones are just a bayonet fit. Tapping it round with a screwdriver or drift (in the right direction ) should loosen it.
I welded 2 m8 bolts to a bit of rectangle box section, filed the bolts down so they fit in the gaps of the sender, then put spanner over the box and screwdriver through spanner and twist. Mine is done through a jagged hole made by the PO though.
