uber rare, rear 3 point inertia seatbelt bracket

A quick update to my post above, after speaking to @geordieandy from this thread, he pointed me in the direction of the genius that is @paulweedon and we're all sorted with brackets and belts now. Really happy with the result, as are the kids in the back.

I'd highly recommend Paul if you need anything else doing too - give him a shout.

I currently have 2 extended 3 point belts in the back mounted on rear pillar as in picture. I want to add a 3rd belt in the middle.

Instead of a lap belt I thought I would move the existing belt socket to the middle then stretch the existing belt over. It is long enough and doesnt seem to obstruct seat by the window. Then I would use one of these bars to replace belt by the window.

Would this work? Has anyone done similar or have another suggestion?
