WANTED Type 4 Engine Rocker gaskets 2.0L

Hi, Does anyone have for sale (or can point me to) some Type 4 Engine Rocker gaskets for a 2.0L. I can see some on JK etc but they look like full kits

Gsf are cheaper today with wed60 code GSF part number 110VG0020 and free postage, last ones I got were Victor Reinz

 

Victor Reinz or Elring are good, better are silicone from C&C https://www.customandcommercial.com...one_rocker_cover_gaskets_1700cc-2000cc_36575/ or make your own.

Good luck with those JK gaskets but don’t be surprised if they don’t fit or leak.

Have you tried the silicone ones ? ...always been tempted , but have heard mixed reports on them .

 

I’ve been using silicone gaskets since they became available in the UK at a fairly sensible price just over a year ago. They fit perfectly and I doubt if I’ll ever have to buy rocker cover gaskets again as they can be reused after every valve gap check. And I use bolt on covers which are possibly more difficult to seal than standard.

I’ve never heard of anyone who has had a problem with them – what have you heard?

 

Just bad all round reports ...but nothing specifically brought up , so i could never make my mind up .
But glad you replied with positive news ...and i shall be purchasing them from now on, as i have finished all my yank cork gaskets
