Tony Hart, is he dead?

If he is will I ever get my painting back?

I'm thinking we need a obituary column like in "The Times " and while were at it perhaps we could have a births ,marriages ,engagements , etc

 

I think he's just nipped out to buy some David Bowie concert tickets. He'll be back shortly.
