Vegan Day first occurred on November 1st, 1994 as a way of commemorating the 50th anniversary of the UK Vegan Society and indeed the term “Vegan”. The Vegan Society was established in November of 1944; although the exact date was unknown. The President of the Vegan Society decided to elect the date of the 1st of November. This is now recognised as the date on which the Vegan Society was founded and on which Vegan Day would be observed. I will celebrate with some bacon shaped to look like a plant. Can't understand why Vegans eat non meat products shaped or made to taste like a meat product Why not just have the real thing. All this about animals emitting dangerous levels of Methane what about the after effects of Radish or cucumber, it puts our local bovines to shame Just finishing my bacon buttie yummy
A Vegan broke the powerlifting record at the Vegan Olympics today. He managed to get both of his arms above head height.
I’m not vegan but quite often my diet is vegan. I’m actually just a mere vegetarian, however why is it that people who eat meat want to tell me what I can or can’t eat. I’ve also managed to walk past many a bacon cob shop successfully without eating one for around 35 years. Will power eh!
Like vegetarians The same old argument Is it their plan to put down all the livestock sheep pigs chickens cows calves bulls etc or let them just live their lives until they die from natural causes , What is their plan? No farmers or any business is going to take on the responsibility for the welfare of the animals if there is no money to be made These Ken idiots know nothing about farming or animal welfare..... townie weirdos
sod off, I don’t eat meat and used to live on a farm. My partners family have a farm and my best friends are farmers.
