For some cheese gourmets, the word ‘love’ simply doesn’t go far enough. The time is ripe to unite in praise…

Cheese Lovers Day is a true moment of celebration. What better time to honour the craft, patience and pleasure in one of our finest creations?

Not much more to say really - eat cheese and prosper :food:

Hurrah! At last something we can all get behind! Remainers and Brexiteers alike!

Oh, I shouldn’t really bring politics into cheese should I

You can have hard cheese, soft cheese, or no cheese, so it works

Can we have Canada Plus Plus cheese?

  7. Beware of cheese bearing pluses, to paraphrase Ivan Rogers "they merely signify that all deficiencies in the named cheese will miraculously disappear when we Brits come to create our own version of it".

Did you know, that unlike other cheeses, Edam is special in the fact that it is made backwards...

British cheese is far superior to EU cheese in every respect. Who wouldn't die for a mature stilton with a bottle of port or a good Welsh cavern-aged cheddar with some pickle in a roll (as I've had just now) and what else could you possibly make cauliflower cheese with if it weren't for British cheese?

  11. Who made it so

  12. My daughter's Swiss partner always thanks me for introducing him to cheddar. They just don't have anything to match it Switzerland.
