British cheese is far superior to EU cheese in every respect. Who wouldn't die for a mature stilton with a bottle of port or a good Welsh cavern-aged cheddar with some pickle in a roll (as I've had just now) and what else could you possibly make cauliflower cheese with if it weren't for British cheese?

My daughter's Swiss partner always thanks me for introducing him to cheddar.They just don't have anything to match it Switzerland.
