Last year we were at the pub for 11am.

I'll be there for 11 then to catch up on the debriefing of the night before.

If your buasting your balls to get there for 11. you may as well go there earlier by a few hours and stay the night.
You can use Matts spare leisure for your propex.

I don't see a problem with awnings... Although a grass camp. it may prove hard to peg, so bring a mallet..

Your Van ??

We had our awning with us last year - but the ground was frozen and very difficult to get pegs in .....

Also - a single awning cant fit everyone in ....

If its dry - we will sit by the fires ....

If it rains - we'll prob either all be in the gents (seriously its massive in there) or in one of the rooms ... or in bed.
