TLB Winter Camp - Fort Purbrook, Portsmouth - 10-12 Feb 2012

It even looks like we'll have the stickers ready for the weekend - and the Summer Camp ones!

Last year we had a comptetion for a 'I didn't attend Wnter Camp' sticker. Maybe we can do the same this year.

Can anyone remember who won that?

 

Been busy getting ready for winter camp.

Take 1 old washing machine drum, 3 legs and you have a fire pit.

 

The more heat the better after last year, gonna start collecting a few pallets to break up over the next few weeks.

 

I also have a fire pit now!will try and find some pallets also

I'll start collecting the 3x3 and 4x3 off cuts from work, they should burn for a while.

 

shame no one has a pick up ////

 

Drunk people with an axe was funny last year, suprised no one amputated any fingers.

 

I hope to have a van running for the weekend but who knows.

 

I agree that pre cut wood (and no axes on site) is a very good idea ... also we need to keep the fires going from when we get there until we leave ( or at least sunday morning ) ... the Saturday was so cold last year - the fires will help.

 

almost deffo a yes now....not just a maybe and not just as its now free, it sounds like a top place to go and to meet some tlb drivers

 

Can you burn old Ikea book cases?? I have one ready for the tip.
