tlb Tatton Park Winter BBQ Saturday 10th December

tomorrow, stand in the rain, preferably near to a latebay, have a mince pie close to hand and Christmas music fighting against the wind and you'll probably have a very similar experience to those of us there tomorrow ;D

 

I am making my soup shortly and going out for crusty bread later. If they don't have crusty bread I will just be bringing....bread.

Janet is not coming cos she's full of cold.

Wellington is coming and is full of Christmas cheer. (This is his first Christmas).

I am giddy.

You are such a domestic goddess - I'd be popping down to the supermarket to get some. But then again, I can't be trusted with pastry!

food ready to go, pastry in freezer resting, iddy biddy mincies tomorrow - very sophisticated (ok the truth - can't find the large mince pie tray ;D)

 

Soup is doing on the hob.

 

Snowing outside here, about 10 miles from Tatton

 

SNOW we had a bit about 3.30 i was up 95% going a minute ago
downgrading that 90 %now lol

 

Don't think it's going to freeze later so it should be fine. I'd love to be camping :-
