I feel that in honour of being the numpty of the year a name change is order.
I humbly submit this as my offering .......... sANDYbAY becomes nUMPTYbAY from now on.

 

I like my name as it is .....but I think poptop should change to Pooptop in recognition of his stay in a portaloo

I'dl love to be giving this speach in person at RTTH but as some of you may know I am experiencing slight technical difficulties with my bus. Nothing serious you understand, just a slight problem with water getting in somehow when it rains. I think a seal may have gone - or perhaps a roof.

Anyway I would like to thank everyone who voted for me, My Mum and Dad without whom I wouldn't be here and I'd especially like to thank (in person if possible) the B****** who built the height barrier in the car park.

I will treasure the award and keep it on my mantlepiece and polish it every day, I will then bring it back to RTTH next year ready to hand it over to some other poor sod.

 

I think it's time to reactivate this award.

 

Why ? Have you secretly done something terrible involving reversing over one of your guitar collection and need to hide it amongst postings from people admitting they still own a bus ?

 

Don't be silly, anytime the guitars leave the house they are in very strong flight cases.
I just feel we need to recognise the numptiness we are all capable of ( myself excluded as I never do anything silly).

 

I think I have one ongoing attempt but I need to find out if I drilled through the mains supply to the cooker when I fitted the water softener overflow.. but partly through the neutral wire which then took about 5 years to burn out... so the cooker stopped working suddenly with a break in the neutral...
