  4. finished of the filling on the ds wing and door , both eitch primed and 2k primed an dleft out the sun to bake lol and followed later by flattening with 240 da sander , we turned our attention then to the chassis and repaired where needed , owen nw

  5. skimmed up the ps rear wing only to find a few pin holes so ill cut the affending arear out tomorrow and repair , now started filling work on the ps door as well , and down a small bit of welding on the pan, quiet day to day owen nw tiny colm

  8. my self and colm done a bit more to day i finished of the filling , i had to cut out a bit at the running board side , repair fill too , then com descaled the inside of the wing and gave it 3 good coats of ZINC primer follwoed wwitha generous coat of grey stone chip , owen nw colm

  12. to day i had to stopper 2 bits i missed on the wing ? then turned 3 of them over to zinc prime , then the 3 got 3 coats of grey stone chip , as did all inner wings , i had a small repair to do on the spare wheel well and below the dash , owen nw

  16. to day my self and colm got tore in to day , first wire brush on the grinder to descale the underside of the chassis and frame head , followed with 3 coats of red zic primer , a bit more seam sealer then 4 coats of 2k black , the same up top , colm then descaled under the back seat area with the wire brushes again , followed with more zinc and a couple of coats of 2k black , up front i noticed some rust so i cut it out and made it up in to peices agin treated and semed and painted, then painted that black to , i went to loosen the 4 bolts holding on the beam 1 snapped , i should have heated them , but the other 3 turned no bother , owen nw colm

  19. to day we got the car of the tressels , down on to 4 camper wheel to make it easier to work from the waist line up , i had a few small rust bubbles (thank god they are light ) to deal with, i ground them out and eitch primed them ,and filled ready for tomorrow owen nw colm
