  9. Broken stud...no problem! I usually weld a bump and place a nut over it and fill with weld! The heat from the welding usually makes things work. Took a few tries but it got the message. ;)

  10. Managed to cut out all the inner rust and replace it with a heavier piece ( with the engine out of the way)
    .The replacement has surface rust but it'll be oil sprayed after it's all welded up through a few well placed oil spray holes... ;)

  11. Anyone with a link to how to do engine bay wiring harness stuff, tidy, make it work kinda things......would be most helpful.. :)

  13. I’d clean up all that surface corrosion and get some paint on it before you fit the outer panel.
    You want a belt and braces approach to corrosion protection
    Cutting corners now will come back to bite you in the arse at a later date.

    How bad is it? On ours I just cleaned up the wires and replaced some of the ends that had been bodged in the past
