"Tha knows" is not a question, it is a statement meaning "I'm telling you!".

The only question a Yorkshireman asks is "Ow much????!!!" but even then, it's more of a statement than a question, meaning "You are bloody joking!"

 

You forgot “Nar, then”, which can mean anything...

You forgot 'Morning' 'Afternoon' and 'Evening'

 

I thought a quick nod and a "Nar, then <insert name>" covered all of those?

 

Skip the nar then it's easier
