Well they have turned up via postman Paul (that really is his name) Deep breaths folks. Let's concentrate on the bellows as they are the most delicate part of the operation. They work to a fashon they are covered in grime but hey like mr 72 told us earlier on in the post above they are 40 years old. Sadly the brass connector is bent by about 7degs so would you trust them? I will give them a genuine 5/10 Moving on to flaps and the brass bushing are junk on both sides one is so oval you could play cricket in them. An outstanding 1/10 from the judges. Next I here you cry. Ok strap in folks it gets bumpy from here. The rod is scrap its threaded or cross threaded would be a better use of English. Please pay particular attention to the optional safety nut that's been rammed onto the other end. More? You bet.... The rod is so loose its comical
More I here you cry. I've been In a past life a welder of high end stainless steel my congratulations on welding mild steel to stainless in such a post modern and brutal style. I leave it to you good people to comment and I know 99% of you are good people.
Is he giving me a refund when the other set where 100% better than mine is he my arse. Although I've not asked him and I await his reply I really do
That bar is a work of art worthy of an art installation in the Tate. Now i've watched that video of the flaps i'm getting all sorts of more risqué video recommendations.
So I see MR 72 has not responded to this. I'm not surprised Tbh its hard to defend the stuff as even passable. You can keep your money I hope you spend it wisely and enjoy the cash you took from the community. And for what a poxy 100 quid that's not even a good day out.......
