Yup, his issue is easier sorted with "waving a candle at the crack"
but if I'm bothering at all it's about whether the three million tonnes of insulation deployed over the last decade is doing its job ......... How's the "project" going btw?

@snotty He's checking to see if it lights up with all that insulation/ grid sola panels/ plastic tiles its making more sense in it.

We did once see, on the way into Bristol, a whole long terrace with just one house covered in pigeons.
It was a perfect rectangle of warmth seeking avian dimwits .... Think the Rozzers might have trained them
