  5. Far from it, one of my mates is polish and I work with Eastern European guys on site all the time and they are all hard working and on the whole nice guys. My point is that if I had trudged half way accross Europe and relocated my family, when I arrived in the uk with the pick of anywhere to resettle, I’m not sure why anyone would pick Dunstable. I mean would you?

Dunstable, placed firmly in the centre of the golden triangle, Luton, Hemel Hempstead and Milton Keynes. Hmmmmm

i await for the great comedy show that is called parliment when they reject mays work and vote to take control of the negotiations when they have so many factions in parliment
like -,don,t care about brexit just want May out
don't care about brexit just want the tories out
want total isolation from europe (build a wall in the north sea)
want to stay in the EU regardless
want another referendum for in or out
want a referendum on the terms ( even though its 500 pages long and is only about the transition period)
    don't want any more referendums
want a connection like norway even though norway has to follow certain EU rules and pay the EU
don,t like Mays deal but haven't a clue for anything to replace it
    etc
    etc
    etc
do they really think they can get a consensus o_O

  9. That old Brexit business is a gang of misfits and back stabbers trying to do a divorce deal with the European gang who clearly have their own big troubles at the moment. Not surprising getting the job done is proving difficult. We think we are suffering but Europe is worse, that's why they keep coming here in droves by whatever means, can't blame them.

As for trade, well they would all go bust, some have already, if we don't buy their goods and produce, so all the scaremongering is hype and media carp, the media want to keep their Brexit news gravy train running as long as they can.

I think a no deal Brexit led by stupids in westminster is far far worse than the non-voting no rights zombie membership of the EU that we will end up with with the current deal.
    As I predicted.
With hard Brexit, We will end up losing lots of money, all of us, quite a few will lose jobs that depend on the EU, well paid high tech jobs and end up digging carrots in Leicestershire.
I have already lost one job because of Brexit.

However remaining in the EU would also be a rough ride all the Germany is not punished for screwing up Greece and Italy. It has to change or it will collapse over stupid wooden rules about the Euro and interst rates.
Basically it needs the UK telling the Dutch Belgians and Germans that they are prats.
The free trade and free movement part is OK. We need hard working people in this country to pay taxes to support our non working Brexit voting elite.

I wish David Cameron never tried his stupid trick. Which ever way things go he will be seen as the man who made a workable situation with a few issues into a much worse mess.

The european union will collapse and Britain will be better off if we're out of it before it does.

  12. Re David Cameron, I seem to remember he tried to get the EU to make some changes we wanted, but they sent him away with a flea in his ear. Its the EU bureaucrats wanting to maintain their rules and power and keep their fat cat gravy train going as long as possible. Cameron should have stayed put after the referendum to see it through but he bailed out.

Free trade and free movement is not new, its always been like that and we welcome folks who come here to work in the same way that Brits work in Europe.

All we really want with Brexit is the right to make our own rules and spend our money how we want and not pay big money into an exclusive club where we have not much clout and no control over how our contribution is spent.

I would rather have faceless administrators in Brussels running me than a load of vote obsessed wallies and clowns in Westminster working for lobbyists.

Ain’t going to happen. No matter what deal we do, we’re still going to be paying in and abiding by eu rules. If we leave with a no deal it might, but that would be too reckless so won’t be allowed.

As an aside. Theresa May was always on a loser here. She’s a scapegoat being used to do a rubbish task
