  1. Are there screws coming up from the bottom holding the dash top cover on or is it just the screws along the top?

  2. Sorting out the "interesting" wiring the PO had installed for the leisure battery and Zig unit

  3. Mine has had "interesting" wiring too.

  4. Started her up for the first time in a few months, took a few turns of the key but then she fired (well spluttered) into life.

While she was left running for a wee while I eventually got the interior refit underway, 3/4 rock and roll bed needs converting to move it to other side of van so thats been removed and the two bars that need brackets turning have been taken off ready for cutting and welding.

The old flooring has been taken up, bleach scrubbed the floor as there was a small amount of mold growth from previous roof leaks.

Painted the new seat runners for fitting the porsche seats, also painted where I'd cut out the bulkhead to return her to a walkthrough layout, and then just painted some bits under the dash that needed tidying up.

So tomorrow its in with the new floor, fit in the new cards and then attempt to fit up the new camping interior, not looking forward to the overhead unit, have heard that can get a bit tricky.

  5. I made these to go on my "option only" Mercedes Wheels so that I can cover up the hub nuts and covers.
