Went out to adjust the rear brakes and the tappets and ended up noticing that my rear tyres are starting to go on the inside edge, and then ended up picking off underseal that is sitting on rust in the near side arch, wire brushing, Kurusting.. the time comes soon when I repair that arch.

Put some new door cards in, washed it, took it to Plum Jam.
Crawled underneath it and faffed with the h/ex pods to try to stop heat coming through even when they’re closed.
Having heat is nice but not in the summer thanks.
Figure I need to add a spring to one of them. Impressed they’re still there though as I fitted them 15 years ago!

So what's the best oil to use?

  11. Finally got round to changing the main jets in my Dells. I’ll no longer be able to use my fuel gauge as a speedometer, but I can live with that.

  12. The black plastic trim I think you're referring to, is rubber. Proper chunky rubber!

  13. Haha - hot air...!

  14. You mean leaky rubber ;)

  15. Plenty of that around these parts ;)

Get an AFR meter and discover how bad random carb jetting is.... all for the price of a rolling road session.
