You make that sound like you didn’t even break a sweat!!

 

The only thing that made mwe sweat was when I PROPERLY checked the box from Schhfields was the fact that they had sent me two rear wings for the same side, fair play they sent one next day and picked the other up!

Oh and I forgot I need half a day to oil me cavities

 

You got some of the new "wrinkle free" rear arches by the looks of it!

Cleaned the inside of the front panel etc:

Then spent the rest of the day giving it a first coat of paint:

 

I know the bus isn't ready for Techenders, but are you popping in at some point?

 

Not sure at the mo Paul. The buggy needs it's carbs stripped and cleaned again and is getting *******ed off with all the attention the bus is getting.

 

And with the help of my fairy godmother and a bunch of wishes, it'll be done in no time!

 

Those cable could do with a bit of loom tape on them . They'd feel the benefit, as my Nan used to say.

 

Driven it out and had lunch in her after doing the grocery shopping...

Never you mind...

 

They're all being scrapped - I'm making a complete new loom from scratch

 

Spare couple of hours so I finished of fitting the mg seats which are nice and comfy and don't feel like I am falling off the front of the seat

And then started to repair the rear wheel arch. Chopped off the lower bit found another bit to fill so cut and welded a patch in

Couple of pin holes to sort but it started lashing it down and I hate welding and grinding in the rain......I get a fuzzy feeling all over.

 

Are you going for thin-wall, Mark? I may have to scold you if you are...

 

Driven it from Volksworld campsite to the show ground, then driven home a few hours later

 

Me and the better half did some carpet trimming in the back, another step forward and quite a big change to the look inside! And I fitted a shiny trinket as a reward for Frankie making it to Volksworld....and home again!
