So this is what I have to bring with me, so I will need gaskets and seals I think. Does any of these
parts look like they can be used if needed. Any one know were I can get tin wear from at a good price.

Its seems slow going but a lot of the work is shovel work or getting rid of cracks in walls. Have a phone line now but still no flush loo. Its all about getting the important stuff sorted, working on getting internet now.
