i think those e-petitions need 100,000 signatures to make them debate it in parliment

Sorry folks but I think your weeing against the wind here! They stopped it because they were losing too much income !

Do you think with the current climate they will give a t@ss about something like this compared to scroats stealing tellies on the high street!

I agree it should be a rolling tax (my van is a few months too late for example) but so much in life is unfair! but I suppose its worth a try - if you dont try you will never know!
