  1. Ok back at it. Manage to get som serious warping on the outer fender. Takes a lot of time and patience fore a rookie to sort it out. So after getting tired of hammering abs shrinking whit the torch.
    I started on the front footwell/ step? Or what it’s called [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
    Got a replacement part made by klokkeholm .
    It’s a horrible fit!! Does anybody know of another manufacturer of this pice??
    All suggestion are welcome on how to solve this.

    AHSchofield sell the same but straighten them up before they sell them.

  4. Yes. But I have the one whit outer and inner plates welded together from the factory. I was hoping to find another supplier of this part. Auto-craft hav the whole dogleg in oem quality. But it’s quite expensive.

  5. Those repair panels are awful and by the time you have made it sort of fit
    You will wish you had bought a whole arch.

  6. Yes exactly what I’m starting to realize.
    Guess I have to open the wallet and spend som £ on a top Q dogleg instead of going mad trying to sort that piece of crap out.

  7. Early Christmas present arrived I the mail yesterday. [​IMG]
    Got some bad metal cut out. Found some more rot when I removed the old dogleg. [​IMG][​IMG]

    Got to sort out the top hat and the outrigger to the jacking point.

  10. It’s been a while since my last post. But things has mowed forward slowly but steady.
    Starting to sort out the inside of the B pillar.

  11. Started to fit the dogleg yesterday. Starting to come along nicely.
    Does anyone have some input on the size of the gaps around my door?

  12. Decided to cut away the outer sill so I could clean out the inside.

    Got the inner sill and wheel housing blasted ready for some 2K epoxy tomorrow. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

  13. Any good advices on how to clean out the space between the two remaining sills? The blaster can only reach closest to the holes when I put the blast nozzle in! ?

    Left back fender starting to come together. Have a lot of grinding and tidying up to do.
