  1. looks like factory weld to me

  2. I think it might be welded on some but not others, and you're probably right it's factory but for me it's gotta come off

  3. New exhaust collected. Just need to try and fit it now. I think my engine mount might be in the way

I did think that was a bit keen of you to get home and whip your engine out.

  7. Is this the expensive one you were telling me about?

  8. Erm yeah I think so. From every exhaust part. Not as expensive as some I have found

  9. Cool, expecting another performance improvement then or just a bit quieter?

  10. Quieter but potentially an increase in perfomance too as it won't have a cat in there. And a much better flowing route.

  12. Hi pkrboo,
Finally got the welding sorted although the auto kick down created some problems with clearance, just fixed.
I've got my rjes rad and wonder if you could share some pics of how and where you put yours. Did it bolt into place ?(fingers xd)
    Pg

  13. yes just bolts into place, go under and have a look there should already be four of the six holes needed. the lip at the front of the setup sits just under the front cross member

  14. Looking at it now, so the air flow diverter will be covered but I guess it's redundant now anyway if I'm using the 4 position heater . Did you remove it entirely or leave it in place?

  15. Yep I took mine out, I have a 3 outlet heater:

    1. To totem pole
    2. To centre walkthrough
    3. To rear westy bed seat.

Basic the same as the original setup

    ??

How comes you needed a new manifold? Thought you had everything ready to go?

  17. Needed some adjustments to fit round the rjes engine mount. So he made me a new one. Hopefully all sorted and will be available for everyone who wants own to buy.

  19. Are you going to install new silencer on those?

I forgot to tell you, but after the short ride I had in your van at techenders, I forgot to shift to 4th on a slightly busy highway.
I was doing 55/60 in 3rd and telling to myself that maybe your van wasn't to noisy after all...
It was still quieter than your though! :D
