If anyone is under their bus at some point could they measure the distance between the arm and the chassis rail. My bay is mildly lowered and I'm getting an occasional knocking. Cheers

I've got an prototype bay in at the minute for an exchange steering box, so I can do a measurement tomorrow afternoon. You say the van has an occasional knock. Can this be felt through the steering wheel.
I'm wondering if its the trailing arms knocking on the bump stop mounts were the beam bolts to the van..
Does it do it with more weight added to your van like passengers.
Track rods can hit the chassis , look along the tops of the track rods for any sign they have been hitting/touching something. Like shiny metal scratches/marks on the rods
Perhaps even the shocks are bottoming out

Brief history. When I purchased the van it was very low, i've since raised the van up with std spindles. It also has an adjustable narrowed beam set on its highest point.

I can see some scratches yes so would indicate some rubbing. I do have some bushes to flip the arms but they seem to point downwards a lot when offered up the other way.

I would replace with a std beam and be done with it but it only just goes in the garage.
