Back after selling selling my RHD panel in favour of a t6 which I found to be boring! Been meaning to start a thread for months now so it may seem to be an accelerated resto at first......
Although a much more solid base to start with than my other rust bucket prototype to a prototype bus, still some bits to tidy up!
nice bus - is that the fuel pump hanging down? might want to tidy that up incase it catches on something
Cheers Rob, and yep already done, all new fuel lines too not that I’ve driven it yet tho .....apart from on and off the drive!
Fuel hose was a bit dodgy. Re assembled with all new hose and injector seals. Fuel pump is German Bosch and seems ok Not sure if white n blue injectors are ok together? Seems to run ok ...... at idle anyway.
Wipers wouldn’t work for love nor money so replaced with new housing from a Mexican bug one ... also now have electric squirrels from the stalk . And maybee intermittent wipe if I can get it to work!
