Thinking of having a go at spraying the front of the van once I get it fitted.
Any recommendations for a not to expensive spray gun.

  2. I used a cheap gun for the primer and a DeVibliss FLG5 for the top colour coat.
Used cellulose paint so it was easy to rub down any problems and redo, doesn't look too bad, can even see a shine in the paint
The cheap gun was £25 and the Devibliss was around £80, cheaper than a respray!

  3. We went for a couple of cheap (£30) Fast Mover ones , not going to win any shows but most of it is in the hand of the srayer and I'd never touched a spay gun before... big tent on the drive and a weather window of 15°c for a week. Does us just fine

Those cheap Devilbiss guns are fine for home resprays, and don't need a big compressor to feed them.

They Chuck out the overspray a bit, but if you are just doing a front panel it shouldn't matter too much. Just do it on a day when the neighbors are out...:D
