  1. I realise there are so many of these types of threads so i apologise. Let me start by saying i am starting own own business so this is the reason im am considering selling.
I have a 1973 poptop baywindow. i bought it a few years ago already stripped and since then have spent a small fortune on it.
It has had new apillar, genuine steps and doors, all the sills, all the outriggers, rear arches, rear corners, battery trays, sliding door bottom and cab floors. There are probably other panels and stuff.
It has been acid dipped and then zinc oxide painted. It is effectivley at the moment a rolling bus new suspension and brakes all round including a bew standard width beam. pretty much everything is new.
aswell as all the vw stuff thats new my plans were to subaru it so i have a full service history N/A EJ20 with a brand new vw loom and an rjes subaru loom already done. i have all the rads, air intake and other bits for the conversion. the only thing i dont have is the clutch and conversion plate really. engine would need a service. Also which is good thing is i have a fully rebuilt 6 rib box.
I have savanagh beige paint and primer. all new lights and window seals. all the glass is there and i have an original interior.
i know these types of threads are abit of a pain but even a rough idea would be good as the prices of the buses seems to have slowed over the last year or so.

at the minute it is as it sits in the photo with the red oxide and black door on it. no engine or interior fitted

    Regards
    Luke
