Camping plus fire..... ahhh. And relax.

 

Friday in the Yorkshire Dales. Spotted a nice puddly track and tried a reflection. The result on my iPhone was way better than expected.

Don't be fooled the parasol ..is edible But there is one similar and the only way to know is ....when you brake off the cap from the stem look at the bit where them stem connected to the cap and if a red or brown colouring appears after braking it is non ed ......problem is i can't remember which way round it is, so beware and read up .

 

That makes the Lake District look like your back garden...

 

The place is huge , pictures don't tell the real story ....epic man epic !

we went there and it looked liked that,

As we drove up into Yosemite valley there were maybe 30-35 fire vehicles racing to attend a fire, as we drove you could smell the burning wood it was a lovely smell and it was eerie as a plume of musky smoke filled the air for several miles . All apparently under control and lasting a few days
