Plenty of wear in that yet . I once had a remould on s Capri unravel on the mway. The rubber was peeling off like an apple. Fortunately the noise of it hitting the inner arch caused a rapid pull over to hard shoulder (thank god for no poxy smart mways in those days) before the fabric wore through.
Slap some duck tape over it. Maybe squirt a bit of araldite in it first if you've got the family in the vehicle - you can't be too careful
