S-boot intake air ,vw 022129967 , who sells it new ? In Europe?

  1. Heritage dont have it so dont bother looking there.
    Mines crackd and dry...
    How come everything thats broken for my bus they dont sell?
    I sound a bit winging , cause right now i am,,

  2. You are going to hate me saying this but geebee does silicon replacements!!! I managed to pick up a new one from a seller in eBay by that was a while ago.

    It is also worth going on the German VW spares website and putting the part number in, they may still have some in stock. I managed to get alternator covers from them before.

  3. Cant hate you for replying , i just hate the options.
    I managged to basicaly cover mine in window silicone after a good cleaning ,
    Its bad around the ribs ,
    Good thing its coming winter so theres a few months to go, till spring .
    Just another bus day, Touch one old thing
    Two old things break,,,,,

  5. ^VW Classic in Germany often gets forgotten! VW themselves have piles of old stuff in the shed. If you know the part number, you can check if they've got one.

    RCC Imports had a few in a while back, excellent condition too..I bought one from them so I can vouch for the quality

  10. Gaffer tape is a must in the on board spares box, soooo many 'get me homes' with this. Even seen this wrapped round split cv joint!

  13. I saw that , ebay, might go for it ,
    But i superglued the seam on the ribbed part ,
    After drying i put silicone on it , left it on the heater grating ovenight ,
    Gently installed it ,
    Right as rain runs great ,!
    But its on the must fix list .
    My next problem is the fuel pump hested up and quite,
    But after ten minutes it worked again,
    But thats another post ill torture you kind folk with next,
