Yeah but you lose head room inside when it's down and it is a right faff to put up and down, and you lose your gutters.

In laws have one on theirs and I don't like it.

why did'nt you get one already finished?

 

because they cost a lot of money/have done many miles/are a limited market so more people fighting for the same van i preferred the choice of good base van i could adapt at my pace and style.

looking on google the california rail is slightly too big for the kador strip so needs a pricey adaptor, so although it looks good i think the cheap n cheerful metal thing will do for now

 

i'm not keen on white either but we had to comprimise, maybe in the future i'll get some colour on, they look better with windows in too...
