Rear Intertia seatbelts

  1. I'm having a "stupid moment" and can't seem to decide which seatbelts I need to order for the rear of my van.

been on Justkampers and there seems to be two types. I want the 3 point intertia type for the rear..

Its a westi continental SMG in Jaffa that needs to haul itself out of SM and into fluid motion to the Galtres festival at the end of the month...

Any clues? And suggestions of where to purchase asap would be greatly appreciated..

  2. Have you got space for the inertia belts? Have you got all the mounting points. Need 4 for inertia and 3 for static. Mine has static belts in the back which I think are a bit safer given the design of the rear seats - no anti-submarining on those!

  3. OH, Unless you can get the 4th one to go with the first, of course.

  4. I'm intending to put the wee ones in the rear. One is 4 and is in a forward facing and the other is 8 weeks and has a cosifix base which her car seat fits onto. I can at a squeeze shove one on the front passenger seat and then chuck the missus in the back... Anyone else fitted child seats in the rear? Have a full length r and r bench..

  5. I have a 3/4 rock and roll bed in the back. I have 3 point belt on both sides, N/S is just reel no seperate side mount, N/S i have the other type with the additional mount.i made up a bracker from angle tube(b&q) then bolted to top of engine bay so that when i make cabinets there you will only see top of the bets mount and not much else.
Btw you need the extender straps for both( well i did). Therr should be mount points on both sides below the window.
They are a bit of a faff and i had to get the mounts from jk to allow fitment to the rear wheel arches but happy with them. We have a child seat in the back now and it works well.
