does anybody know/or can measure for me the position for the centre of the hole for the seatbelt anchor on the rear arch tub? im just making a start on fitting my rear bed/seat, but its a bit hard to hold it all steady in place and mark hole positions single handedly! tar
ive had to move mine over a tad to miss my RRbed hinge , so do you want original or ?? where from too??
yeah i wNt the original position of seatbelt anchor point in a microbus t on rear arch tub. distance from the slopey bulkhead down to centre of hole, and distance out from the side panel (towRds centre of van) to centre of hole. its to fit my r nr bed in corre t place. will get a photo of area in a min
sorry ive just bin n got it out , mine is 75mm in from inside of van and 450 mm from floor inside van around the arch , but im not saying this is THE dim , it may be different on others?? have you got hole for the one under the side window ?
the R nR bed on mine is original but the bolt using the original hole /back nut ends up right underneath it , so had to move it over a bit to dim ive given you mine is 3/4 rr RHD so rear arch on left looking at back of bus ,if you get my drift .
This area here cheers @Barneyrubble, got your drift man, i will try those numbers and see how it looks. the other holes I will need to sort at some point aswell. Panel van in it!
Yep yours seems too high and too far over I think ? @oscar yours looks about right, that a factory fit mount?
is @oscar zzz from top down ?? n you may have different rr bed , hes a show off too but cant read a tape hes left you to do that PTB they call it looks bit rusty round that mount too
Resurrecting this thread, as I need the measurements for the seatbelt mounts but the critical image from @oscar above is missing, and as my cargo floor has been replaced I can’t rely on @Barneyrubble ’s measurment of 450mm going from floor to mount. So for a factory micro is I need the measurement from the slopey bulkhead bit down to the seatbelt mount, assuming it’s 75mm in from the side of the bus. Anyone who’s got the measurements or a bus that’s stripped out( @JamesLey )and easy to measure - and can, thanks very much!
