I stuck mine in the walk through. Added the ventilation vent for the heater in the back panel since this pic. and put a T juntion in it, and got some open/close flaps off ebay. Then in the front added a cup holder... I used this at Dub Freeze and it was brill.
i'm waiting for mine from the group buy, i'm going to somehow feed it into the totem but from inside the van, i'm also hoping to find some sort of splitter y piece to have it up the screen or out the back, i am going to do something like pmacs idea although i am unsure yet how i'm going to sort it.
Used to have mine in the walkthroughwith a duct leading forwards, totem removed and ducted up to the screen! Then when I got my heating sorted built a box around it, had it there for about 10 years - it was brilliant as i used a curtain in winter so the cab got all the heat! Took it out as I wanted to be able to walk through and am glad I did! Its behind the passenger seat now but not the best place as I want to put a toilet box type seat there
